Most estimates are shared the same day, sometimes on the same phone call. Once you accept the estimate, Ryan or his team will reach out to schedule the exact project start date/time and collect the deposit in the amount of 50% of the estimate to secure your spot on his schedule.
Importantly, the estimate is provided as a good faith estimate. This means the estimated amount is based on all of the information you have provided to Ryan. If he shows up and something is materially different than what was described and understood, Ryan will bring this to you for approval prior to starting work or as soon as reasonably possible.Work is completed
Ryan will be on site to complete your project. The balance of the estimated amount is due and expected to be paid upon project completion.
If you need to make alternate arrangements for payment, this must be agreed to prior to the commencement of work. Final payment can be made on-site to Ryan directly via cash, check (made out to Ryan Hilke), or credit card.
